  • Incomplete Frontline Report - an automated email report that provides optics on your retail ready vehicles with work items in an incomplete status.
  • New notification types - fine-tune your notifications for specific steps by setting them as one of our new types; only get notified for priority vehicles, vehicles with incomplete work, when vehicles exit a step or time spent in step.
  • Executive Summary - an automated email comprising of data catered to managers who need a high-level view of the dealership; review T2L/ADR summary, recon cost by phase, vehicle counts, and more.
  • Reactivate deleted users - Admin users have access to the list of deleted users and the option to reinstate them to active status.
  • Append note locking - Restrict your notes field for certain users by locking the edit field and only allowing users to append a new note.
  • DVP Online Description - a customer-facing option for dealerships enrolled in the Digital Vehicle Portfolio; keep your technician’s notes separate from the customer with this retail friendly field.
We sell over 700 used cars a month. Tracking these vehicles through the reconditioning process has always been a task that is very difficult to deal with. With a dealership our size, Rapid Recon helped us manage the process. With the software that Rapid Recon has provided for us, we can find out where cars are at and at which step of the process. We have been using Rapid Recon for quite a while and it has been a game changer for us. We use it at about 80% of its capacity and it is instrumental in coordinating 200 plus cars a month, for two stores, from multiple sources, in multiple locations at all times.
